This business started when I watched my father-in-law—an exceptional roofer—struggle to find time for everything beyond the actual roofing. Government contracts, payroll, bid applications—the 'other stuff' that takes him away from what he does best and leaves him overextended.

I saw this pattern everywhere. Talented contractors—electricians, HVAC specialists, plumbers—spending hours on paperwork instead of doing the work they're actually great at.
