If we are not the right partner for where you are today, we will say so.
Step 02. Build
In the first thirty days, we lay the foundation. That means territory mapping for business development, registration and compliance setup for government bid work, or intake and scheduling infrastructure for account management. You hand off what you have. We turn it into a working system. By day thirty, the engine is running.
Step 03. Execute
From month two forward, we operate in a steady monthly rhythm. Ongoing outreach, live bid pursuits, inbound call handling, or all three under a Partnership. You receive a monthly report showing activity, outcomes, and the next thirty days of focus. All engagements are month-to-month with thirty days written notice, because we believe a roofer should stay with LBG because the work is excellent, not because a contract locks them in.
